It appears PayPal may well be in bed with ZESTADS as there are 428 community complaints related to this company. It also appears PayPal isn't backing their customers in either receiving or refunding purchase prices. 05.18.2020 I ordered 2 TP360 PRO FLASHLIGHTS. At a cost of $72. I never received the order, I've email x4 and have not received a response/shipping details. I have opened a complaint and want to escalate it to a claim, but PayPal wants me to wait for Zestads...despite the fact they aren't responding to anyone. Dont do business with them.

Chinese Web Sites or on Facebook easy to spot (once you know the below signs) so buyer beware.
1. No return address on the returns policy............thats because the site will look as if its in your country (where they despatch goods from) BUT they will ask for returns to go back to China (returns depot) at a shipping cost nearly always more than the item is worth.
2. No contact telephone number............if you click on contact the most you will get is webmail or an email address.
3. No company address information.
4. Great looking items at bargain prices that turn out to be tat.
HOWEVER you also may still have the option to do a charge back if you funded your paypal payment via a credit card.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I appreciate your input. The sad reality is I received an add while shopping on ebay, clicked on the add and the product looked good. The truely sad issue is PayPal has known about this company for more than a year, there were as of this morning 428 complaints regarding ZestAds...all of them were exactly the same. PayPal is going to permenently lose my business. It is unimaginable to me they would allow a company whether in the U.S. or anywhere else in the world to accept PayPal as a payment source when PayPal knows that company engages in fraud.
