Wrong type of dispute

I filed a dispute using unauthorized access when I really meant to file non-delivery. I authorized the charge but now realize they are scammers with bogus contact info and fake websites. The product hasn't come of course and they do not respond to my contact. Since PayPal already resolved this against me, how do I escalate or change this to a goods not delivered claim? This was not f/f and was paid partially via PayPal balance and remainder as an ACH from my bank account.
