PayPal sent me an email letter telling me that my recent case with a buyer was closed and that PayPal won't debit my account for a certain amount. Does that mean I'll be getting a refund from PayPal and not the buyer in my case? I had already issued a refund to the buyer (who was a liar, but I sent him the refund anyway).

Hi @radiobuster,
This just means that the case is closed and no further funds will be taken from you.
