Walmart refund refused - Item never received

I paid for a printer online for same day in store pickup at a local Walmart. Several hours after I paid for it Walmart sent a e-mail stating they didn't have the printer after all. They said I had to wait a week or so. I bought a printer somewhere else. They refused to give me a refund. Pay Pal closed the case because Walmart said they delivered it to me. The delivery address was a Walmart store not my house. I never received it but Paypal closed the case. Walmart and PayPal are refusing to give a refund even though I never received anything.

WMT won the case because it is an instore pickup and tracking shows it has been delivered to the store.

You need t o contact WMT or pick up that printer in store and then return it,if their return policy says you can return it in store?
