Been trying to resolve customer service issues since June 25th. Paypal is holding nearly $10K. They have been provided all documentation to resolve the dispute from myself, the buyer, and the buyer's bank. I only get vague canned answers from the chat message center on 30hr intervals and they don't answer the question when they do respond.

The customer service phone number has been removed from the website.
The customer service phone number on the debit card cuts off and does not connect.
