Unbelievable

I ordered two Amazon Firesticks on June 4, 2020 from a website online. The name of the business was Kinastee out of Florida supposedly. The tracking number I got from the company said the items were dropped off on June 8th by UPS at an office and signed for by a Daphne B. I have a private residence and don't know a Daphne. I contacted UPS and when I gave them the tracking number, they investigated and said that number was not for my shipment or to my residence. They would not give me the address where the packaged was dropped off at. I started a dispute with Pay Pal since I never received my purchased items. Today I see that PayPal closed my case in the sellers favor saying the seller provided shipping information. Oh, there was no address or contact number on the website for the seller. I should have know better.....With this said, from this day forward, I will no longer use PayPal for any purchases since it appears they could care less about the people using it to pay for purchases. I'm out $65.08 because of this......

U has the same problem with PayPal and Kinastee! I ordered an Xbox controller on July 1 and received a fake tracking number saying the package was delivered on July 3rd.... if course nothing was ever delivered. My dispute with PayPal was just closed because Kisastee provided them with a bogus tracking number. This is ridiculous! Beware this is the new scam. As long as a bogus tracking number is provided, PayPal will close the dispute. I’m so frustrated right now!

Same thing happened to me. This is absolutely ridiculous. PayPal should be able to do better.
