Hello, on April 8 I clicked on something via Facebook called the cycling diet and I received it in the mail and paid 33 USD by Paypal. I haven’t done anything with it since. Now 3 months later, on July 8, I was charged another 33 USD by the same company. I cannot get to the original link to see if there is a cancel option in the menu or something. I hope that Paypal has blocked all future payments from this company, since they are already marked as scammers by others too (even on this forum I see!!!). Why Paypal doesn’t want to refund the second charge of 33 USD I don’t understand. The company has an American address in their e-mail and now seem to be in Lithuania. Great. Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it. Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
Paypal won't refund a subscription payment you authorised, you need to check the small print of these companies and sometimes they sign you up after the 'free' offer without you realising.
