Please check the IP location where my account was accessed/hacked to verify the geographical location where the payment was initiated. Please do it. Thank you.

Is the transaction that was made connected to a subscription? If it is, then you will really lose the unauthorized transaction claim because subscriptions are considered pre-approved payments. If it is, I suggest call PayPal customer service so they can create a different claim for you.

Dear sir/madam,
The recipient of the is COMPLETELY UNKNOWN to my husband and me and cannot be related to any subscription. As to calling PayPal, I cannot speak speak English, so what can I do? What can I do? Is there any way to bring this message to their attention? Please tell them to check and verify the IP location. Thank you.
