Unauthorized Walmart Transaction Denied

While essentially on lock down here in California and somebody takes $499 from my PayPal cash and it appears to be some sort of greendot transaction tagged as a Walmart but I can’t get any information on what Walmart and they denied my claim. This is not consistent with my history I do not transfer money onto other cards and this appears to have been a Green Dot transaction at Walmart which I have never done with PayPal I was not anywhere in person and this is unacceptable I want to re-file my claim.
