Unauthorized Charges - PayPal will not refund.

Hi everyone,
Today I was going about my work when I started getting multiple charge notifications from PayPal via Facebook Messenger. Someone somehow got ahold of my card information and used to it to purchase some in-game currency for Fortnite. I immediately went to the bank, changed passwords, unlinked PayPal from my Nintendo account, and alerted PayPal to these transactions within 5 minutes of them happening. However, PayPal is refusing to even mark the transactions as unauthorized, as they're saying it was part of some agreement between Nintendo and myself that I authorized these charges, and I cannot remove my bank from my PayPal, because those charges have not come through yet. So I just returned home from the bank after learning this, and going to withdraw all of my money from my checking account. First thing in the morning, I'm going to call my bank and have them issue a stop payment on these charges.
Is there any possible way I can get this handled with PayPal during this whole COVID crisis? I don't really know what else to do, as I reported it immediately, and I thought that the sheer quickness of that report would indicate that I would be fine, but apparently I won't. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I realized that the coronavirus is making people angry with the slow response from PayPal. But, seriously, a worldwide health crisis is killing people and PayPal’s response time is slow. They can’t push your issue to the front of the line.

This has nothing to do with response time or COVID-19 or any of that. If you even read my topic, it said that they will not refund it, at all. The turnaround time was about 30 minutes, and they refuse to refund these fraudulent charges.

You interpreted it incorrectly, so my apologies if it came off like I was entitling myself over everyone else. But nowhere on that post was I griping because of any sort of slow speed, which your response seems to indicate. Nowhere did I say that I was complaining because of the speed during this whole COVID-19 crisis.
The reason I'm griping is that it was extremely fast, which shows me they didn't even try to investigate this, even though I had proof and a screenshot of a Romanian user getting into my account. The reason I was asking about it getting handled during the COVID-19 is because I know options are extremely limited right now, and once a transaction hard posts onto your bank statement, it's that much more difficult to remove, so I'm trying to act fast and get as many options as possible.
I was able to get ahold of Nintendo and they're investigating this as well now, thankfully. PayPal continues to be no help in getting this resolved.
