Terrible service and fraud alert

I have called repeatedly concerning my account. I have been double charged for an item because of your system issues and now I can't get you all to give me my money back. I talked to one rep who said I would have a resolution within 13 hours and it has been well over 24 hours and I have yet to get a decision or get my money back. Another rep I talked to said she would transfer me to a supervisor and she left me on a dead silent hold for over an hour because she thought I would hang up and when I didn't she hung up on me. I am closing out my Paypal account and I will NEVER do business with you all again. This has left a bad taste in my mouth. I will also be contacting BBB to inform them of your fraudulent practices and how you all are stealing money from your customers.

paypal close my accout but longe my money more than 6 month for what!? they want to steal my money?
