I purchased an item using paypal...
Amount been deducted... awhile back i received email from ebay says that 3rd party did something which cuase to cancel the deal... and gave steps to get money back which i couldnt complete...
Any idea what to do?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
