PORTABLE AIRCONDITIONER

I ordered and "paid" for two small portable air conditioners on 6/11/20. It is now 8/27/20 and have not received the air conditioner.

Has anyone had this issue

They say there are shipping delays . However this is way beyond a shipping delay.

Any comments ?
