Shoe box came empty

What do I do when I buy shoes from stock x but the shoe box comes empty and also my claim got denied!

Did you open a claim for item received but not as described ie empty box / incomplete order?

Or did you open a claim for non receipt of item which the seller would win if they could provide trackable proof of delivery?
