I too have suffered at the hands of Shixi.
I ordered 2 items and didn't receive either for a long time.
I queried the delivery and the items were sent and received by me.
The items were totally different to what I ordered.
I raised a dispute via PayPal when they suggested I re-order the correct item from them.
There has been no response since I escalated the dispute.
The other item was also nothing like what I ordered and they offered a full refund if i returned the item to them.
Problem is it would cost a lot more to return the item than it is worth.
AND PayPal does not give me the option to escalate the claim.
Shixi obviously know this so they are exploiting the system and PayPal is allowing it to happen.
Has anyone had any success in recovering money from Shixi?
By contrast an item was not received from Gearbest and a full refund was made to me (by Gearbest) within hours of acknowledging the problem.
Shixi is well organised and smart.
Lift your game PayPal - your buyer protection system is not functioning.
