Hi! I have purchased an LV bag from a seller in Russia, he said it is authentic and after receiving it, I had it authenticated and from 3 professional authenticators, they said it was fake. I asked it to have a refund and PayPal asked me to return the bag. Here comes the problem, the name and address is in Russian. And the name and address on his PayPal is different from the name and address written on the box/package I have received like everything is different. What should I do? Will I still get a refund even if it went to a different address and delivered? Thanks!
