December 2020 I purchased $260 worth of merchandise from noracora but thank goodness I noticed this site and others within the 15 day limit for refunds. PayPal is refunding now. I sent PayPal screen shots of over 150 better business bureaus cases filed/ scammer site screenshot notating they are a scammer and even this site of proof they are not a us company shipping from California as there shipping labels state and I showed them and told them ahead of time that the tracking numbers are truely bogus per states it’s in a us city but always states AWAITING pgk so all they do is order a label and cancel it months after just so they can show PayPal see shipped but nothing really ships per if you call Usps they tell u verbally they have nothing here in a us location that I also provided to PayPal. I even sent them a print screen showing that the 24 hour cAncellation is bogus per the link when u hit it says sorry try again you tried to many times and if it say ok you don’t actually get an email showing cancelled so sent that print screen with an explanation. Then I sent the email to noracora on day 10 to cancel all orders 1/6 through PayPal resolution site so there is proof I requested it and on what day and time . At first vendor replies ok will cancel and refund then NOPE sorry items shipped a day later with tracking that NEVER changes status of AWAITING pkg so pointed that out to PayPal so they knew the game the scammer plays. I also informed vendor and PayPal if any pkg arrives here from them I will take to Usps open on video in front of Usps clerk and send them a video of what junk may have came or not to protect me and others. I also demanded 3 times the vendor sent me a descriptive list product price the whole deal on all items they really cancelled to prove just because they send u a label tracking number doesn’t again mean it’s all there and I was right eventually I proved $100 worth of product was supposably cancelled but still no credit then I summed up with PayPal all the areas they breached a contract with me per I never agreed to partial shipment, 30-60 days wait or anything else this vendor tried and I cancelled all within the vendors policy of 15 days through PayPal site and even the 24 hours on vendor site - proved through print screens and PayPal resolution email but everything helps. Know this company never truely cancels even when they say the do. I really hope I help other us citizens from getting ripped off like you did me ...only reason I’m posting is to show you PayPal will take care of you but u really have to proove what they are which is sometimes hard when you don’t think like a crook like the vendor.
