I have been scammed by PayPal in Australia
I sold a domain name, the Buyer got Buyers remorse 16 days later and made no contact during that period
PayPal awarded the Buyer the decision on a claim because the Buyer did not act to complete the purchase on his part
The result is that we need to be aware that every buyer of a domain name who uses PayPal is going to be effectively given a 90 days cooling-off period

There is 0 paypal seller protection for digital / virtual items. You can sell them but at your own risk.
Very high risk of chargebacks with these products.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
