I was recently scammed by a supposed merchant. PayPal paid immediately before shipment was made. Scammer reported shipment was made but that was a fraudulent claim. PayPal report was filed by me three times, no action other than to say transaction wasn't covered. I don't care about the money. I like using PayPal but if they support fraud and do nothing to address, then that's it for me and PayPal. Does anyone know how you reach a real person at PayPal that will address these scammers?
