I have recently won a dispute to return an item which is not fit for purpose (ie dangerous) but I am currently out of the country on holiday and can not return the item until 3 days after the deadline date PayPal have given me, I did explain this to customer services before I left the country and that I do not know anyone who could post it for me whilst I was away and because I had to wait for PayPal to make their decision which I received whilst I am on holiday this has put me in a bad situation as I can not do anything about this until I return home I have spoken to PayPal messages but they are not very helpful at all, if anyone could give me advice I would be very grateful.
