You can't. They will ask you all this information many times, then have to talk to the seller to get 10% back. You should just stick with that. If you want a full refund, they will give you 3 days to ship it back at your cost. ( depending on weight, and assuming its going to china.. the lowest amount to ship will be $30) and thats your cost. If your package arrives and they tell PayPal they got it, then you will get your refund. If it magically never arrives then PayPal may or may not refund you their limited liability amount of $30. No more online ordering, and definitely no more PayPal. Dealing with the bank or regular cc company is so much easier. Sorry you got sucked into this crap too
