Resolving Paypal Disputes (Business Account)

I am in the Philippines. My money is on hold for a week now. I added my wife's card and now they need to verify it all over again, the case is, my wife cant open her PayPal account and have trouble logging in, so they cannot lift my account to send the money because they need to resolve an issue. but I keep on telling them to just cancel all the disputes and card that is related to my wife on my account so I will not wait for another day to confirm. Since I have my own card that is linked and already verified this is only what I need, I am not able to remove my wife's card as well. And the support sucks! They reply after the end of the day, so I need to wait. I wonder if they can do these cancellations related to my wife on my account? so I can move forward lifting the account and send the money as soon as possible.
