Resolution process biased and not transparent

Hi,

 

Have someone else found that resolution process of PayPal is pathetic and biased towards companies? I am finding it totally non-transparent

 

I bought stuff and contacted the seller. Seller never reverts back and Paypal sat on the dispute for 2 months and then 1 day before the resolution end date, send an email that the dispute is closed as they don't agree to it. Seems it has been either an automated process or staff not wanted to work
