So i got scammed 4 times in like 2 days (i know i'm stupid) and i reported all the payments and added a whole explanation and even screenshots of the chat, etc. And i received some mails: 'youre claims willbe closed at ... (Date)' and so i thought: 'ok yes, now paypal will review my claims and refund my money.' But after a while of no mails i checked the resolution centre and saw that ALL THE CLAIMS WERE DECIDED IN THE SELLER'S FAVOUR!! Which is completely not right. I just want to know why this happened and how i can get my money back!

Did you escalate the disputes to claims before they timed out and closed automatically 20 days post opening?

Sadly not, its x1 dispute per transaction.
You could 'try' asking customer services but I have yet to hear a positive response, the only time they have been known to reconsider is when someone has opened an 'unauthorised' dispute by mistake instead of one for non receipt or not as described.
However if you 'funded' those transactions via paypal with a credit card then you could try contacting your card issuer and see if they will chargeback for you?
