Hey Reddit, so basically I bought Bluetooth headphones from eBay on November 18th. The item never came, so I had to return it. I've called eBay and PayPal multiple times and contacted the seller multiple times too. (The seller would never respond BTW). So then PayPal said I had to wait for the seller to respond so he would send the refund. They made me wait until December 5th for the seller to respond. The seller never responded. Then I called PayPal on December 5th because the seller did not respond.
They then told me then the money was refunded to me, but I had to wait another few days for it to get to my bank account.
December 10th, I get an email saying I've got cash, go to my PayPal and see nothing there. I call PayPal, and then they say I have to wait another 3-5 business days for my refund to show up, because the seller apparently sent it through Echeque.
So, it has been nearly a month and still I haven't received my money. It's ridiculous! Has anyone here ever got a similar problem? Thanks for reading xD
