Can anyone explain please? I recently bought two clothing items with PayPal 's pay in 14 days. I returned one that didn't fit and got a refund to my PayPal account. Now I've got a email notification from PayPal that the whole amount is being taken from my bank account even though it says one of the items has been refunded on my account. Is this a mistake on Paypal 's part?
