So I bought some prepaid cards to buy digital goods online and it took months but I never received them. During that time I already disposed the cards so I don’t have the cards anymore. The refund has been issued but I don’t have the cards. I’ve been trying to contact paypal but all I receive is an automatic response. I don’t know what to do anymore because it’s is a fairly large amount of money.
