Received inauthentic item from a seller (Grailed). How to get refund?

Hi.

 

I have received a inauthentic item (yeezy azael 700v3). The insoles are different from the seller's pictures of the listing and the barcode number on both the box and the tag are completely different from his pictures. All I want is a full refund. I just made a dispute with him, and contacted the seller but he says he is not going to accept it (we talked through Grailed, not Paypal. He does not respond.) Should I escalate? What should I do to get full refund?
