I've tried several times even though that was listed as a concern in the original complaint. However I keep getting an error message that says " oops can we try that again. The issue is on our end not yours. Please try again later. " I've communicated via email with PayPal several times and never received a response from them other than to tell me that they were going to be making their decision on Sept 5th. Then it turned to September 9th. When they finally answered they gave the answer it was as i said in the message before.

Try again and see if they will re-open it for you as SNAD?


Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
