Recently, an online friend sent me money as family and friends. He recently contacted the paypal personnel that contacted me about refunding the money. But since I received the money as family and friends can he get s refund if I already used them money? He's acting like I scammed him and makes me upset. Can he refund? Will this make my account negative? If so how will I pay it off without a card?
