I have question regarding the return address to send back of a bad product.
The seller listed the item in USA that why I decided to buy it. Now he wants me to return his bad product to another country. I think the cost to send there isn't worth to do it for a $26.92 amount of refund. But I can't contact PayPal because in the Resolution Center case only allow to upload the tracking Info. I did send two emails to service but I got two auto reply tell me to go on the website do as below.
1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click on Help & Contact at the bottom of any PayPal web page.
But there is no phone number or email, so before my case expired. How do I get in touch with PayPal support, does anybody knows?
