I sold an item over 6 weeks ago, answered lots of questions from the buyer and tried to be as helpful as possible. Now buyer says they are having problems with item, but it was fine when I sold it. Where do I stand??
A buyer has up to 180 days to open a paypal dispute, if and only if paypal find in their favour then they would have to return it to you trackable to prove delivery before you have to refund.
