So I was buying the blue snowball ICE from the blue designs website, I buy it and expect a tracking number soon but see none. No big deal maybe they don't do them I'll send an email, their email doesn't work so I submit a ticket. I wait for working hours and no response, I submit another and once again no response. I created a case with paypal and now i have to wait 10 days. I was wondering, is there a faster way to get my refund or get in touch with the company as this has been a massive struggle.
