Hoping someone can offer suggestions. I purchased with goods & services, with my paypal balance 5 items from a seller on a FB Group page. The seller offered to cover shipping because I purchased so many items. A few days after she sent I asked her for tracking information. She said I did not get tracking, you did not ask for it. She did not ask me if I wanted it either. She then says even if you had the UK Post does not track outside of the UK so it would not matter...? I thought since she was sending to another country she would request tracking. She sent me a photo of the receipt for shipping. It does have my address less my unit # along with a bunch of other people's. She said she has proof she sent it so I am out of luck. So now we are at 9 weeks and I still have not received anything. She just says wait, it will eventually show up. Now she is not replying to my messages. I understand the delays with Covid-19 but it seems to me 9 weeks is more than enough time. I read that if seller has proof of shipment paypal will deny a INR claim. I don't know what to do. I am out a lot of money and that is not right!
