I recently purchased a dog clipper and paid extra for express postage while I was awaiting delivery which was certainly Not express the company offered me 30% discount but said it could not action the refund until I had closed the dispute stupidly I closed it but now they wont even answer my emails requesting my refund. I have tried and tried to contact them to no avail. I recommend you do not order from this company as they do not honour their promises
