Hello All - I filed a dispute with PayPal and they closed it out. Now they are asking me to file a dispute (or appeal) for the same transaction but every time I click that transaction: <removed> -- says a case is already opened (but shows as closed here: <removed>

 

PayPal Support has not been helpful at all - I sent all the screenshots but I dont think they ever review my replies. They keep coming back with the same response over and over again --  to file a dispute when I clearly cannot. 

 

Can someone help here?

How do you file an appeal?

PayPal Support asked to look for that in the action column (on the closed case). All I see is "View" not Appeal.

Right! PayPal is full of it and I will be reporting them to the BBB!
