PAYPAL started out as a good company. They lost their way because of greed. They don't really care if you have a legitimate grievance. They probably won't even let this get published. If it does great, I just have to say my 2 cents worth. They should check the company out. Try it first without saying anything about them being PayPal. Agree they owned by an American company or overseas. That might be the key as to why complaints protect the seller not the buyer.
