the chat person signed off before I could tell I can't get help by the phone because my phone won't let me check txt while on it, I tried to enter my bank account two days ago and now having the same problem, they are blocking me from adding it with no explanation
Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
