Hi, I reported a issue with wowcamera because I did not receive the order when the track shown Delivered. I asked to the seller and after fews email they find out UPS delivered it to one shop with totally different address and postcode to my address, they have a proof of delivery with another name as well. I asked to the shop and they did not receive anything. I explain that to paypal and seller, and paypal refused my claim only because the seller send the proof of delivery, where is clear the buyer name is not the same who sign the delivery. How can I have a proof the shop did not collect anything or is not lying? Why did paypal refuse a buyer claim just because they have a proof of delivery with different address, different signature and name? Even the delivery man can sign the proof with any name... The value is more than 450£, so I would like go ahead with the claim after paypal refuse my claim. What Can I do next?
