I sold a large item weighing 300lb or 60kg on ebay. in the listing description was said that the item would be shipped in three parcels apart. the shipment was expedited and cost me more than $ 900 all three parcels and this is confirmed by tracking numbers were refused by the buyer. The buyer opened the dispute on ebay and the decision was in my favor. the buyer opens a dispute in paypal and my money was given to the buyer. I'm devastated. in support of paypal I was told that they are different companies and can make decisions on their own. in the end, the buyer is behind countless protections, and I lose what I have earned. By the way, ebay has kept its $ 270 commission.
