I paid through PayPal one Test (99.90 Euro) through a seller website around 2 weeks ago , one times was interrupted then succeeded , and received one confirmation and was it, after i checked my PayPal and i was surprised to find out that I have been charged twice , I tried to contact the seller , as always the seller ignored all my Email and did not response , I report the two bills through PayPal , PayPal refuse to help me and closed the case and I can not appeal because it is closed forever!!!
I contact help center but they keep copy non sense from helping website what i already did it all
the recommend contact via chat portal, i do not know how i contact chat portal
so the seller steal my money for the second time , I did one test and charged twice and PayPal is no more secure because they allowing such activity to be done without correcting them and even did not contact the seller
no body help
if someone can help me
