Paypal is holding my money for something to do with significant changes in account activity

How do I remove limitations from my account? Paypal has determined that I am apparently buying and selling physical products, when in actuality I have Paypal for my son's Twitch account. They said that there are "significant changes" in my activity. This account is ONLY used to get payments from Twitch on a bi-monthly basis (based on donations and subscribers). Why did this change all of a sudden?
I can provide some canned information about the "business", but it is asking for supplier receipts for goods that I purchased. I'm not exactly sure what to provide. Should I provide a receipt of the computer that he bought to play games from 2 years ago? I mean... this makes no sense.
Meanwhile, Paypal is happy to KEEP my money, and not give it to me. They are literally committing theft.
Does anyone have any information that might help? This is very frustrating.
