Shipping from Ebay and any purchases i make from my paypal account are being deducted twice, once from my paypal account and again from my personal checking account. They now owe me over $300 and i can't get in touch with anyone. I have left messages and called repeatedly over the last several months. I also called Ebay direct but since they are no longer associated with paypal they are no help. I called the credit number listed and that is a bank and they are no help either. Other than going directly to their office any advice?
