contacted the seller and has now agreed to a refund after he called gls delivery company and they admitted fault why is my claim just been extended for so long when both parties agree to a refund? please resolve the issue or i will be forced to charge back from the bank, i have used paypal for over 10 years no problem but this take the biscuit why would anyone use this if their is no protection.
