So my email and paypal accounts were both hacked and my paypal had several unauthorized transactions which involves sending and receiving money using my account without my knowledge. The hackers were also able to add a card and withdraw money from there. My password was also changed several times and more transactions occured without my control. Then, paypal refunded the hackers the amount they sent to my account using the card they added to my account and now my balance is negative. I am the real owner of the account. Please help me. I tried the message centre and emails and I just received automated replies. I need help, Paypal is now asking me to pay for the unauthorized transactions and withdrawals that I reported to them. I do not know what to do. I already reported this incident to the police. How will paypal cooperate with the authorities in my country? I already filed a report.
