Paypal Escalation

I escalated a claim to paypal on July 18, 2018. It is now the 29th and the seller has not responded. When can I expect something to change in my case.

'Normally' Paypal allow the seller 10 days and once that deadline has been reached they review / refund within 48 hours of that deadline.
