Paypal Dispute

Hello,

I filed a case with paypal over the weekend because a girl on depop described a pair of pants as a waist size 28 length 30. However, when I received the pants they were a waist size 30, length 28. So of course they were too big for me. I reached out to the seller and she refused to give me a refund. As a result, I opened a dispute with paypal, and I realized that the user edited her listing to make it seem like it was "one size" and never was the size she posted originally in her caption. I have screenshots of her listing before and after the dispute, but what should i do? Do i contact paypal or depop? Im just very frustrated now and dont know what to do.

A dispute if it’s not according to the language that in the context of the agreements that PayPal has not honored, I will advise, depending on how much your dedicated to fight fir. I suggest to contact an attorney and pay by the hour. Collect all information that is involving the dispute for legal action.
