I have also been scammed by Estival .I ordered 2 Robot Dolls costing almost £90 for my Greatgrandsons for Christmas but never received them .In January I contacted Estival several times and they kept telling me to be patient as they were investigating. I eventually escalated it to Paypal ,Estival then sent a “tracking number “ which was untrackable as no delivery company name attached.Paypal then closed my case saying I had a tracking number and Estival had complyed . Since then I cannot contact paypal or Estival. I am disgusted with the service I received from Paypal especially as they have had numerous complaints against Estival but will still continue to pay this company
