So bought an item from eBay and moved money into my bank account. PayPal then took the money and the guy was paid. Then got an email from PayPal saying funds were not available (enough though PayPal taken it from my bank). I log on this morning and it’s taken another 80£ payment from my bank. That means I’ve paid twice. Any help on how to get my money back?
