I got an email from PayPal saying I made purchases and the payment is going to come off my credit card but I made no such purchases. My PayPal account has been inactive for a while now. I trying logging on to get answers but I forgot the password for the old account and it only gives me the cellphone option and I do not have that cellphone anymore. I created a new Paypal account hoping that I would get some assistance.
Has this happened to anyone else being invoiced for purchases you did not make?
